bkn ape,ku dpt tahu ygberat bdn ku naek 4kg.
OMG!!!!nk nanges da ni...
there are too much fat in my tummy n my body.
really hate it!!menci2...
now,dh kene stat balek dh aktivity yg tertangguh dlu.
i have to decrease my weight.
so..dgn ini i will start playing badminton back and jogging,cycling also futsal maybe?

hari ini family ku dilanda kesedihan dan kehilangan yg amat sngt....=,(
MakLong ku (kakak kpd abahku) telah pergi mengdap Ilahi.
setelah beberapa hari koma.
ianya sngt2 menyedihkn bg ku kerana Almarhum sngt syg
kn ku dan adek-beradek ku yg laen.
namun, aq redha dgn ketentuan Tuhan.
kerana ini adalah terbaek buat Almarhum setelah menderitai
pelbagai penyakit.
ketika ku pergi melawat Almarhum a few weeks a go,
ku lihat dia sngt2 suffering.
so..dis is the best for her.
apepon, smoga rohnye dicucuri rahmat oleh Allah S.W.T.
